A Thankful Weekend!

I hope everybody had a wonderful Turkey day! I know that I have a lot to be thankful for this year! Not only do I have a new novel out, but I've made new friends and learned a lot too! There is so much going on in the world today, and so often we only hear about the bad. I want to encourage you to focus on the good though. What we think about and what we talk about can have an amazing effect on us mentally, emotionally, spiritually & physically! You've probably heard the old saying "You are what you eat." BOOKS, BOOKS, & MORE BOOKS

I'm getting ready to join my fellow self-published authors next week for a unique event in Hollywood at 1763 N Gower. We will be signing and reading! There are so many great stories out there that don't get seen because when you self publish, %99.99 percent of the marketing falls on you, the writer. I wouldn't normally add this as a blog, but I am posting the information in as many places as possible. We'll have multiple genres, with books for both children and parents! Dreams can come true...

Yes, dreams can come true & it can happen to you... If you recognize what your dreams really are. I would say that my favorite fairy tale is probably Ciderella. I even had an opportunity to go to a ball! Of course I had to go. I was certain that that was where all the best single men would be, but that's the danger. That thought was based on a fairytale, not what I really wanted. I had harbored a dream about a particular man for about a year at this point.
